Today received the reply from the Temasek Polytechnic staff. Haiz…still can’t make it. Previously I asked them about can I go into Visual Communication Course and after few weeks they reply:

Thank you for your interest in Temasek Polytechnic.
Please be informed that ITE holders in Multimedia Technology are not eligible to apply for Diploma in Visual Communication. You may wish to consider applying for the other courses which you are eligible. Hope the above clarifies, do email us should you require further assistance.

Therefore I asked if I can get in by going through interview or Joint Polytechnic Special Admissions Exercise (JPSAE) and the reply was:
Hi Rowell,
Thank you for your email. Please note that Joint Polytechnic Special Admissions Exercise (JPSAE) is for fresh O Level leavers, considering students for admission based on a broader measure of merits beyond performance. ITE certificate holders are not eligible to apply through this exercise.
